Q: Do I need any equipment or a partner for these drills?
No, this course is designed to be done solo without a partner or even a bag. It is recommended to have at least a chair or a wall to use for balance.
Q: What style of Taekwondo is being used?
My instructor who taught me had a background in olympic style taekwondo, ITF, and also Tang so do. The most important thing however, is that you are using Taekwondo under the context of MMA. As bruce lee says, “absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is uniquely your own.”
Q: Do I need previous experience to do this course?
It is not required to have had any previous training, so if you’re a beginner that’s ok! The same methods I teach you I’ve also taught to pro-fighters as well, so everyone can learn from it.
Q: Do you offer additional direct coaching?
If I have spots available, you will see an offer to get my coaching services at a discount right after you purchase the course. If you don’t see it, that means all spots were taken up unfortunately.
Q: I have injuries, can I still do this course?
While I don’t know the extent of your injuries, I would always consult with a health care professional or physical therapist if you have doubts. I’ve had a myriad of injuries over the years, so my goal is to help you avoid those injuries with the drills I give you in the course.
